- Ensuring staff understand the legal and ethical requirements of service delivery and documentation; and not requiring anything more than the minimum.
- Using contractors so staff can freely innovate and develop their own style as long as the minimum legal and ethical requirements are met.
- Being transparent about policy decisions so everyone can confidently say the agreement is a win/win for both the staff and the company.
- Making sure that staff are able to earn more money than they could elsewhere.
Expectations of Therapists:
- Understand client's legal rights and therapist's ethical responsibilities to clients.
- Ensure all documentation meets minimum legal and ethical criteria.
- Have the technical capability to perform HIPAA compliant telehealth services.
- Stay in compliance with supervision and Continuing Education requirements.
Starting Pay
Unlicensed: Starting at $30 an hour
Licensed: Starting at $45 an hour
Travel: $25 an hour
Scheduled Work Hours: Staff’s preference, with no quota.
Location: Work from home or travel to clients in their home or the community.
Qualifications:
- Currently in, or graduated from, a Master’s level internship relevant to mental health from an accredited college or university.
- Proof of licensure if applicable
