- Using contractors so staff can freely innovate and develop their own style as long as the minimum legal and ethical requirements are met.
- Being transparent about policy decisions so everyone can confidently say the agreement is a win/win for both the staff and the company.
- Making sure that staff are able to earn more money than they could elsewhere.
Expectations of a Supervisor:
- Understand the requirements of Licensure Supervision, and the supervisor's responsibilities to supervisees.
- Understand client's legal rights and therapists' ethical responsibilities to clients.
- Ensure all documentation meets minimum legal and ethical criteria.
- Have the technical capability to perform HIPAA compliant telehealth services.
- Have the technical capability to perform HIPAA compliant telehealth services.
Starting Pay:
Supervision: Starting at $50 an hour
Scheduled Work Hours: Staff’s preference, with no quota.
Location: Work from home.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Supervisor in the state of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.)
