Unfortunately, Apollo will no longer be completing assessments for outside agencies pursuant to our previous open-door policy.

The open-door scheduling portal will be closed as of 06/04/2024.  Any appointments that have already been scheduled with Apollo will still be kept, however the appointment will only include a completed Diagnostic Assessment. 

Any client relying on Apollo to provide the Functional Assessment and Individualized Treatment Plan in order to receive ARMHS services will now need to discuss obtaining those assessments with whomever they are seeking the direct services from.

I am sorry for the disruption this may cause to your clients, staff, and organization.  Apollo is dedicated to removing barriers for an already underserved client population and will continue to seek ways in which we can do so.
